You're helping me set up AgentOS. Follow this guide step by step, run the commands on my machine, and ask me before anything that needs my input, like the pairing code or the Connect code.

# Getting around

## Where you left off

Every chat remembers where you were reading. Open it again and you land there,
not at the bottom. The place is kept on the server, so it follows you to your
phone.

- If the chat has something new since you last looked, it opens at the first new
message, with a **New** line above it.
- If nothing is new, it opens where you stopped.
- If you were at the end, or never opened the chat, it opens at the latest.
- A notification, **Needs you** and the Inbox always open at the latest.

Scrolling only counts once you do it yourself, so a chat that was loading never
overwrites your place.

## Back and forward

Switching chats, or opening a bookmark or a search hit, adds a step to your
browser history. Jumping around inside a chat does not. So **Back** means the
chat or bookmark you came from, and it returns you to the spot you were at.

- The arrows next to the sidebar toggle (desktop) and beside the menu (phone) go
back and forward. Right-click, or hold on a phone, for the list of chats they
  would pass.
- The browser's own keys work too, and AgentOS binds none of them: ⌘[ and ⌘]
  or ⌘← and ⌘→ on a Mac, Alt+← and Alt+→ elsewhere, a mouse's side buttons, and
the swipe from the edge on iPhone and iPad.

## Switching chats

- **⌘P** (Ctrl+P elsewhere), or **O** then **C**, opens the palette's Sessions tab
with the chats you opened most recently first. It starts on the one before this
  one, so Enter flips back.
- **G** then **P** flips to the previous chat without opening anything. Press it
  again to flip back.
- **⌘↑ / ⌘↓** move through the sidebar, as before.
- **⌘K** is the command palette; it lists your recent chats first.

## Shortcuts

Press **?** (or use the keyboard icon at the bottom of the sidebar, which is the
way in on a phone) for the list, with a search box.

Letters work like Linear's: **C** starts a chat, **G** then **I** / **B** / **M** /
**S** goes to the Inbox, Bookmarks, Messages or Settings. They only act when you
are not typing in a field, a terminal or a dialog. If they get in your way, turn
them off with the switch at the bottom of the shortcuts panel (per browser), or
with "Turn off single-key shortcuts" in the palette. ⌘K, ⌘P and ⌘↑/⌘↓ stay on.
