FAQ
Can I try before subscribing?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can cancel anytime. Your first month is a great way to evaluate.
Is there a free tier?
No. AgentOS Cloud provisions real VMs with dedicated resources, which have ongoing costs.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not currently. All plans are billed monthly.
Can I use my own Claude API key?
The VM comes with Claude Code pre-installed, but you authenticate with your own Claude account via claude login. Your usage counts against your Claude plan.
What if I need multiple VMs?
Currently, each subscription provides one VM. Contact us for multi-VM requirements.
Is my data backed up?
VMs include persistent storage, but we don't provide automatic backups. Use git to version control your code.
Can I export my data?
Yes. SSH into your VM and use scp or rsync to copy files to your local machine.
What regions are available?
VMs are provisioned in San Jose (sjc). Additional regions coming soon.
